Flax seeds consist of fatty acids and are an excellent source of fiber making it suitable for weight loss. Supple Agro Flax Seed has a mild, nutty flavor similar to wheat germ, and it’s often added to cereals, pancakes, muffins, bread, meatloaf, meatballs, and even yogurt. 

Out of all the flax, Golden flax seeds are more flavorful. Always remember, due to its fiber content, flax seeds should be consumed with plenty of water
